Azure Solution Architect

We’re working with a large, complex public-sector / enterprise organisation seeking an Azure Solution Architect to support the design and delivery of cloud-based platforms and integrations. The role will focus on defining end-to-end Azure architectures, aligning solutions to enterprise standards, and supporting multiple delivery teams across a regulated environment.

Responsibilities:

• Own solution architecture across Azure-hosted applications and services
• Produce architecture documentation (HLD/LLD, solution designs, integration diagrams)
• Define Azure landing zones, networking, security, and identity patterns
• Work closely with engineering, security, and business stakeholders to shape solutions
• Support governance, design reviews, and architectural decision-making

Required Experience:

• Strong experience as an Azure Solution Architect in enterprise environments
• Deep knowledge of Azure services (App Services, AKS, Azure SQL, Storage, Networking)
• Solid understanding of identity and security (Azure AD, RBAC, networking, governance)
• Experience working in regulated or large-scale organisations
• Strong stakeholder engagement and documentation skills
